Hi! I am Noelani. I help and empower clients in Copperas Cove, Kempner, Lampasas, Killeen, Harker Heights (Greater Fort Hood, Texas area) to manage their stress and
chronic health conditions so that they live with greater ease, stability and peace of mind.

As a former physician (see disclaimer), I have gained and retained a Western understanding of health conditions, skills of observing clients, holding space, and encouraging an atmosphere of reciprocity and trust. As a Yoga Wellness and iRest® Teacher, I appreciate the dimensions and more subtle layers of your "dis-ease" through the lens of Yoga, and it is from this perspective that I can help you restore that balance that you need.

In this workshop you will learn how to encourage your own relaxation response through gentle breath-centered movement, somatic release techniques, supported postures and yoga for the eyes and hands. I will also review with you:
The workshop will end with a 25 minute iRest Yoga Nidra practice to help calm down the nervous system and restore the capacity to heal and rejuvenate.
In addition to being a therapeutically-oriented yoga teacher, I am trained in MuTu®System, a medically endorsed fitness program that helps with ‘mummy tummy’, diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness + a core that isn’t as functional or strong as you’d like it to be.
